Which is more than I can say about my patchwork :P. Like that pieced hot pad I made once... don't remind me...Sylvianoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-46015170902011978.post-44289368212314156722011-06-09T13:52:44.615-04:002011-06-09T13:52:44.615-04:00I think I will use blanket binding, but I haven...I think I will use blanket binding, but I haven't really looked into that yet, and it may turn out to be too expensive. It lies on a bed normally--it's roughly 52" x 100". I think. I forget how many squares I used! I think a pair of adult jeans typically yielded between 15-20 squares, but I have some kids jeans in there, as well as some squares from denim left over from previous sewing projects. How are you finishing the edges, with a blanket binding or something, or with the edges tucked under, or how? And how does it sit on the bed - lengthwise/lengthwise, or the short way of the quilt across the long way of the bed? How many pairs of jeans did you need? (And how many needles?)Sylvianoreply@blogger.com
